Instructions for the Thesis

The final stage of the thesis (6 ECTS/15 ECTS)

  • Report and reflect on results, write conclusions, assess reliability and ethics.
  • Conclusions summarize results, significance, and suggestions for further research. Usually without references.

This phase involves analysing the results, writing the conclusions, reflections, and evaluating the reliability of your work. Your thesis concludes with a chapter that includes the conclusions and reflections. In this section, assess the content and research success of your study. In your conclusions, evaluate the significance of the key findings or outcomes and the achievement of objectives. In the reflection, focus on the approach, methods, results, their applicability, reliability, and ethical considerations. Finally, propose suggestions for future research.

You will finalize the other sections of your work as well as the overall appearance. You will write abstracts and submit the abstract in a foreign language for review according to your supervisor's instructions. Send your work for language guidance and plagiarism check. Finally, conduct a self-assessment of your work, and your supervisor(s) will evaluate your thesis.

It is recommended to present your work to the client. In the concluding phase, you will also write the maturity demonstration.

For students pursuing a higher education degree, it is recommended to present the results and recommendations of your thesis directly to the client, such as in a team or unit meeting. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to write an expert blog post with your supervisor for the Energiaa online magazine or another publication.
